Real Estate Continuing Education and Pre-Licensing Courses.  When booking your course(s) please be sure to note whether the course is offered only In-Person, Online or both!  Attendees booking an online course will receive a Zoom Meeting link via email prior to the start of the course.

Full Day Courses

The 15 Hour Full Day Course includes all Maryland Continuing Education requirements

for Brokers, Associate Brokers, Team Leaders & Salespersons.  NO TEST OR QUIZZES.

In-Person - Full Day - 15 Hours

1st Choice Real Estate Academy

Full Day Schedule

7:00am: Legislative Updates (required 3 hrs)
9:45am: MREC Supervision

(req for brokers, managers + team leaders - 3hrs)
12:30-1pm:  Break

1:00pm:  Fair Housing (required 1.5 hrs)
2:15pm:  Listing Agreement (elective 1.5 hrs)
3:45pm:  Code of Ethics (required 3 hrs)
6:25pm:  MREC Brokerage Relationships

(former agency class - required 3 hrs) - ends at 9:15pm
